Our academy is the culmination of over 30 years of global experience in leadership development, change management, and coaching. From its origins as a boutique consulting firm in Germany to becoming a cutting-edge digital learning platform, deloop has always stood for deep transformation and top consulting quality.

The Roots 

Founded in the early 2000s in Germany, deloop initially focused on helping leaders at companies like DAIMLER, HEIDELBERG, and ROLLS ROYCE Power Systems navigate complex change processes. Over time, the firm expanded its reach internationally, delivering tailored, impactful solutions for clients across Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific. 

In 2014, a new chapter began when founder Gerald Renger relocated to Shanghai. Drawing on extensive international experience and deep cultural insights, deloop Asia quickly established itself as a trusted partner for global corporations like HERAEUS, infineon, BMW and Volkswagen, as well as many mid-sized and smaller companies. 

The Academy is Born 

In 2020, traditional in-person workshops and training sessions became impossible, and the need for a new, flexible way to deliver high-quality learning emerged. Many organizations shifted to long, virtual workshops – but these proved inefficient and unsustainable. 

At deloop, we saw an opportunity to reinvent learning. By combining self-paced preparation with interactive group sessions, we created a unique Blended Learning model that comes close to our real classroom moderated learning.

Over time, this approach evolved into the digital academy that is now the backbone of our work. It houses a comprehensive library of self-paced courses, leadership tools, and whole moderated development programs, all designed to empower leaders to achieve their goals through lasting transformation.
